Most Vests ship immediately, but due to the custom order process, your Upland Bespoke Vest may ship 2-4 weeks from your purchase date.
A custom monogram does require additional production time of 3-5 business days.
All Blouses and featured Capsule Collection items will ship within 1-3 business days, unless noted in the item description.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service, and all Customers will receive a tracking number for their order via email.

Returns:

Upland Bespoke accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 14 days of shipment delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we do not offer refunds, but will gladly offer size exchange or issue a store credit, which will not expire.
If a manufacturing defect has been detected, we will happily exchange the product, for another identical product. Please contact us at (214) 530-9030
Monogrammed items cannot be returned, due to the customized nature of the order. However, if an error on our part has been made, we will gladly correct, at our expense.
All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
